English transcription: I’m Jamie Greenway with TexasBit. I’m a Project Manager. I’ve been in this role for about a year-and-a-half. I started in August of 2021. I’ve been in the construction industry for 23 years. I started as a account payable clerk in 1999. I would think that the reason there’s not as many is they just don’t know that they can. I think that they probably put a limit on themselves. I would’ve never dreamed that I’d be in this position, but when I got the opportunity, I jumped on it and luckily, the progression has been that people are more accepting. They welcome you with open arms. They ask you questions. The honesty I have when I approach somebody of you know, “Hey, I’m new to this”, or, you know, “I’m just getting started”, they’re very open to that reception and they help me. I would say go for it. If it’s your dream, make it happen because you don’t know until you try. Put yourself out there.
