English transcription: So name, Ena Navarro, work for TexasBit, and I am a team lead for the dispatch. It was a new world to kind of walk into, but it’s actually been pretty cool. I like it. Learn a lot every single day. As a woman in the industry who doesn’t have as much experience, you try to learn as much as you can. And so thankfully, like the leaders that I do have, they have walked me through step-by-step. ‘Cause the company is very open-minded. They are very like open arms to everybody. Women, male, if you’re older, if you’re younger, they’ll take it all into perspective. Come in with an open mind. Take notes. Definitely be confident. That confidence radiates. So it’s actually really, really cool to see it, especially from like either our Latinas or our African American women here. Like we see it all the time and it’s awesome.
