Texas Materials
Internship Program

Join us in the San Antonio, Austin, and Waco areas.

The Texas Materials college internship program is a fully-paid, 12-week immersive summer program where you’ll put your classroom education into practice with real-world experience at our asphalt, aggregate and ready-mix concrete operations and job sites across Texas. The knowledge you gain here will help you build the foundation for your career in the construction industry and beyond.

Internship opportunities include positions in the areas of commercial and highway paving operations, quality control, estimating, aggregate and asphalt production and plant management, ready-mix concrete operations, project management, accounting, and human resources.

This is more than just your average summer job – it’s an opportunity to work alongside experienced industry professionals and build your resume with meaningful experience as part of a Fortune 500 company and the largest building materials business in North America. From day one, you’ll have the responsibility to lead projects and initiatives, and you’ll work closely with mentors across the business to begin building a lasting professional network.
